To the casual observer, Rachel could be seen as a bitch, and they wouldn’t be too far off the mark. Rachel is a young woman who refuses to tolerate the absurd, assumptions, or bullshit. In her mind, things only exist if they can be witnessed firsthand. If she can’t see something, then she denies its existence and regards those who believe in these things as retarded. However, once she witnesses something first hand then she’ll accept its existence no matter how improbable it is. At this point it’s no longer improbable but now probable.

She is extremely apathetic; it’s not that she doesn’t care, she does. However, deep down inside she views herself as completely useless. Because she believes that she can’t do anything to help, she takes on the attitude that she doesn’t care about anything. This, however, has been proven to not be entirely true. She feels guilt (though she denies it), she is quick to anger, and this often manifests itself as a cold stare, a series of harsh words, or the use of her illusionary powers. She views the whole world as stupid, useless, and unworthy; ironically she views herself the exact same way, so she doesn’t believe that she’s above anybody else. She simply views herself as being far away from everyone else.

She rarely shows emotion and in certain cases this makes her appear downright frightening. When her twin brother killed himself she reacted by calling her parents and making the arrangements. When she was asked to visit a dying boy with cancer she decided that the idea was stupid, but went anyways. When he died, Rachel simply left. At another point in her life, she was partially responsible for the deaths of twenty people. When confronted she walked off, but not before telling the one that confronted her to “fuck off.” It has been (or will be) shown that Rachel suffers from PTSD. She has a hard time looking at guns, and an even harder time reading about suicides. She may or may not also have schizoid personality disorder.

Rachel is represented by the Sun card from the major arcana; an ironic representation since the sun is supposed to be the happiest card in the arcana, and Rachel is quite possibly the most miserable person in her canon. She does like to create things though, and subconsciously desires to make the world a somewhat better place, but she seems to manage to only bring destruction and harm to what she wants to fix.
